I'm hoping to brew this soon, it's a modification of a recipe I saw.
I'm hoping it'll be a light coloured, good hop aroma ale.

(23L)
4000g pale malt
230g acid malt
470g torrefied wheat

40g challenger hops (90min)
15g fuggles hops (10min)
10g cascade hops (post-boil)

The recipe originally had some black malt in, and should be 20 EBC, but I'd like it paler than that so removed it altogether.

Thoughts?

Are you sure you need acid malt?

From my experience, ~80% lactic acid (like Vinoferm Lactol) is much easier for pH correction.

Not really, I have some acid malt I bought for use in some Adnam's recipes, so I thought I'd give it a go.
Isn't it just supposed to give a better fermentation?
