Can't see why not doesn't show any preservatives on the ingredient list. Its 70% sugar so 300ml would give you 210 grams of sugar which would give you a good fizz!

I have a gingerbread one of these given to us for my other half coffee but she'd prefer the non sugar one.. so I was wondering whether I could use it for making a gingerbread beer..

Granted its a bit late for xmas but I wondered whether I could use it somehow perhaps late boil or secondary

I guess it is a question for the beer forum

I've just bottled my beer with some Cinnamon and Vanilla Monin Syrup. I only had a bit so added a bit of syrup and then less sugar than normal. Will try and let you know how it turns out (won't be till after Christmas).

The only thing I did notice was there is a preservative in there... hoping this hasn't ruined my beer but I thought such a small amount shouldn't make a difference
