More Yeast?

I am going to brew an IPA which should come out at 7.3%. Should I use more than one sachet of US-05 for a 23 litre batch?

Yep, I would use at least 2 packs, rehydrated.

"Rehydrating at the correct temperature (30-37C for ale yeasts) can double the viable yeast cell count compared to sprinkling". No idea who I'm quoting there, but I do believe it's true.

I always rehydrate, but haven't made a starter as yet.
