Just watched Tom Kerridge's Proper Pub Food on BBC and he cooked Mussels in beer with a hopped teabag.

I liked the Idea of the brewery open day hahaha.......forget the food I just want the beer
 
Mussels steamed in Witbier is a traditional Belgian dish is it not. I would have thought it would go together very well. :thumb: :thumb:
 
I saw this but whould have thought that for the length of time the hops were in the beer they would have lost a lot of there aroma :wha:
