I have attached a picture because I think this beer is worth looking at even if you're not drinking it. Really pleased with the hue and colour!
After initial panic when I pitched the yeast into too-hot wort and a rapid fermentation, Ive left it to sit for two weeks bottle conditioning and it's come out alright - going to give it a bit longer and come back to it in maybe another 4 because its starting to pick up some great malty bitterness. Next time it needs to have more hops packed into the dry hopping!
3 Malts (Pale, 2 midium crystal) + 1 Hop (cascade)
