A kilo of blackberries and a litre of apple juice made into 2 gallons was always going to be somewhat thin, that should have been a 1 gallon recipe. However, with that plus 1,750g of sugar and a gravity now of 1.000 you should have 10.6% abv. If it was still fermenting I'd be inclined to top up with grape juice.
