Just stabilized, degassed, CT, and finings does not taste too bad!
Hyd reading = 9950

The hyd in the pic is my beer 14 days and still @ 1030 off to read the beer threads = stir or add more yeast need to bottle as I have a Woodfordes Wherry read to go in :shock: £15.74 in Wilkinson if interested.

Looks like a brilliant first attempt. Got to agree with Moley bout leaving it a bit, when I made my first batch I wasn't too impressed at bottling stage but 1 month later and definitely WOW what a transformation!
