Going to try something different from my usual fuggles/goldings brews. Getting some cascade today and will be brewing to this recipe next week for 15 litres Bitter.
3.5kg MO
75gm crystal
100gm wheat malt
15gm roast barley

20gm fuggles for 90 minutes
10gm cascade for last 30 minutes
10gm cascade at flameout.

Muntons premium gold yeast, Irish moss, Isinglass finings.

Looks a nice straight forward brew, I've just played around with it in brewmate and scaled it up to 20 liters. Might run with this one for an easy light bitter of 4.7% ha haa..

Naaa....Ive knocked it back to 3.9% in case Greysalchemy wants to try a light for a change :D
