Took a trip to Wilkinsons on Saturday. Got2 new kits that I could find out very little about. Took a bit of a punt I suppose. Got a brewmaker best of british IPA and a Wilkos own golden ale. Both 2 can kits at 3kgs. Plan to dry hop both and add a hop tea to the IPA. Both with a combo of simcoe and amarillo using a lesser amount in the golden ale. About a 1/3 to 2/3 ratio. Also bought 500g of light spraymalt so considering adding 250 grams of each to the kits as well. Will report back with how it all turns out.
