Hi. Just started brewing again after a gap of many years. Had such a glut of apples that 5 gallons of cider seemed like a sound idea. Seems to be maturing nicely so put the bin to work with a Festival beer kit. That's bubbling nicely and now perusing ads to get back to grain brewing again.....hopefully somewhat less messily this time round 😀
