Hi guys, I'm a commercial brewer with 3 years under my belt but until recently I had never home brewed. I left my job after feeling a bit burned out after covid and have been in France for the last 3 months, where I drove myself and my tiny renault clio full of beer making stuff. Been really enjoying making my own recipes and hope to do a lot more of it, although now its time to get back to work,
