After many years of watching my grandparents get rather 'tipsy' during the racking phase and then helping my mum make wines I thought now, that I have two small children and no time to go out an ideal time to start homebrew.

I've started cautiously using first a tinned wine but was very eager to get brewing

My first (started yesterday) was beetroot, but I am really eager to try carrot whisky as I believe this was one of my grandparents favorites!

Any tips or advice would be gratefully appreciated.
