hi forum,
Im new to brewing and forums but not to drinking lol
ive just bought a complete balliihoo brewing kit including a 5gallon pressure barrell and co2 injector kit and i am 4 days into my 1st ever brew for which i chose a wilkos pilsner, my sg was 1040 and today it is 1012 so although no airlock activity im hopeful this is progressing fine.
I also have plastic demijohns etc enroute 4 my 1st turbo cider which i didnt know was possible until read this forum so cheers lol

Are you planning to put the pilsner in the pressure barrel??
A bit of advice from someone who put the wilkos pilsner in pressure barrel, don't :nono:

A lager will not pressurise enough and you will end up with 5 gallons of flat lager.
Your better off bottling it and keeping your barrel for a beer/ale.

Sadly I learnt this the hard way.

thanks for the advice will bottles it is then will the barrel not even work with co2 pressure thingy ma jiggy lol forgot the word

nope wont work well with the injector best bet like will said is to bottle it same with any lagers really
