Newbie Advice sought

Hi Everyone, total newbie here wondering if you could help me with a problem please?
I recently purchased a 2nd hand beer chiller and although it starts to chill after a while it overheats and cuts out. There seems to be a loose wire at the fan, would it be a case of just resoldering or would it be an overhaul of the whole machine? I've included the label on the back for reference. Im unable to get in touch with MF refrigeration by phone. Was wondering if there's a place I get get hold of the user manual.
Hope that explains my query and really appreciate any help you could offer me.

Apologies, I'm no expert on cooling equipment, all I can suggest is that you sort out the loose wire, give everything a good clean including any temperature sensors and try again.
