Newbie first timer (ish)

Hi All,
My name is Rik and I've just started again after a long break. Had a look around the forum, and things have certainly changed from the late '70's when I last brewed (somewhat unsuccessfully using the kits that were around at the time). Looking forward to better results this time round and hope to aspire to all grain in the future. Kits for the time being, just to get back into the swing of things.

I'm new also. I'm a first timer with my first batch of wherry in the garage, and just discovering that there's actually quite a lot to this brewing lark.
Hope you can forgive the obviousness of my questions, as I literally know next to nothing!
