hi everyone im grimmy from Bolton. ive just started homebrewing with a caxton real ale, and WOW it was fantastic. so now ive decided to go one step further and join this forum. I must admit Im a little confused and amazed at the choice of beer kits avalible, there are so many! anyways this time I decided that I will do a strong larger and wonderd if you good people could recommend a kit. I used priming sugar last time now im going to use malt extract and maybe some extra hops.... one thing im scared of is messing it up and 5 weeks down the line it tastes like rat **** lol. any advice would be great.
