bottled with 5ml dextrose stored in boxes in garage

Just tried last night after being bottled for 3 weeks and no/ very little carbonation although tastes good with a larger tang - garage is cool - should I bring the 75 pints into the house to warm up and then see if the carbonation is better? Has the yeast just gone into hibernation and need warming? :hmm:

thanks for any advice

yes warm it up to room temp for 2 weeks I'm sure you'll find the bottles will carbonate.

Thanks  didn't want to have to tip 75 pints of my Christmas stack down the drain

all the best

oooh you dont tip flat beer down the drain !.... you sup it....... :D

I've accidentally under primed beer and find I prefer it to the over carbonated stuff you can buy. To make the beer more lively get a pocket beer engine from your local pharmacy.

Thanks for the advice

Even after these last few days now have plenty of carbonation and blonde beer tastes gooood as well :thumb:
