Oxi Cleaner

Hi All

Has anybody ever had the oxi cleaner from the pound shops not give off much " fizz "?
Kegged a brew today and 5 scoops in 5 litres of hot water should have been enough to pressurise the corny but all I got when I tried to flush through to the tap was a gurgle as it sucked air in :-(

Been using pound land oxi for ages and 1scoop in 5l gives plenty of fizz. I only use 3 scoops in 60l when cleaning bottles and that fizzes well too.

That's what I usually use. Last time I used it, it was a bit " flat " so I added more this time. It still seems to clean well enough though :thumb:

I'll buy a new tub for the next brew and see if it's an issue with age....
