Pressure barrel filling

Just made a bit of a generous 5 gallon batch of IPA. I have filled my plastic barrel without the usual headroom, leaving only 3 or 4 inches. Any problem with this?
Don't want a barrel bomb in the house!

Should be fine, as long as you didn't over prime it.

Has the barrel cap got an S30 valve in the cap? If so the rubber around the outside will lift and vent it at over 10/15 psi

Got one of those so should be OK

All the 2" caps have an RV of some sort, even the ones without an injector.
