Evening All,

Just a quickie before the Final. Not sure which section to put this under so have stuck it in this one.
I am getting a mini keg system and was wondering if the kegs can be primed using Coopers carbonation drops. Has anyone here ever used this method of priming a mini keg or is it a no-no?

Thanks.

I use drops to prime bottles, but I'm getting a mini keg system and I think it's easier and less expensive to batch prime a mini keg!

I looked at mini keg threads on about 6 or so home brew forums and about the same number of home brew shops for information on priming M K's but could not find anything on using carb drops to prime them which I suppose answers my question so I guess it will be a tablespoon or so of sugar for priming then.

I have found that priming that just means I get foam even when ice cold. Although, I am yet to try without priming, I hate my ale fizzy though
