Hi guys, just wondering if anybody can give me some advise . I made a AG porter last Saturday pitched the yeast at 25 c rehydrated Winsor, started it fermenting at 17c then raised to 20 c over 3 days. Fermentation got going great with a lovely creausen then on the third day it had totally dropped off ,so checked gravity 1.020 so gave a gently stir. over the next couple of days no change in gravity so pitched some more yeast nothing .At a bit of a loss any ideas on what I should do ?Has it finished? should I just leave it ?
Ideas welcome
