on moleys thread on wow
his ingredients
are
To make 1 gallon:
1 litre White Grape Juice
1 litre Orange Juice, no bits, budget brands are fine
around 800g Sugar
1 tsp Pectolase - see below
Tannin - see below
1 tsp Glycerine (optional)
Yeast & Nutrient - see below
so once all that has been added to 5ltr demijohn its going to be topped up with 2-3 litres of water but .....
what i want to know is could i just use say 2 grape and 3 orange or 3 grape and 2orange ?
maybe a daft question but new to all this

Well you could try increasing the white grape, try one batch as the recipe and another with double the WGJ and let us know how they compare.

I don't think increasing the OJ would be a good idea.

I make mine in 15 litre batches and use 4 WGJ + 3 OJ.
