Well I went and dived in feet first and it's actually bloody good, so here goes .
4 x 1l bottles lidl fresh pressed apple juice
500mil strong tea 2 x tea bags minimum.
500g light spraymalt.
1 TSP pectolase
1 TSP yeast nutrient
Half pack Voss kviek yeast.
Came out at about 5.8%.

Going to do anouther batch next week with dark spraymalt to see how it compares.
Son has already requested a batch to take back to uni so I must have done something right.

Would never have thought about adding malt to a turbo cider. That said I made a spiced batch last year that had a bottle of caramel syrup chucked in it at the start and that was nice.

Interesting.

Yeh it was a typical me moment in chef mode after tasting the mix this needs something ahah!( rummaged in the brew supplied box and the rest is hiccstory as the say .. ) plus as I was using a beer yeast I figured I may as well jump in with both feet and crutches.
