I need a piece of advice, please.. my first lager attempt, I've just racked it to secondary, very nice colour and quite clear too. I used Saflager W-34/70, absolutely no bubbling in the blow off tube, but there was a krausen ring few days after so I knew it's fermenting. Went to 1.010 from 1.052 after 2 weeks.

Now.. I initially planned to lager it for about 1 month at 3-4C, then bottle, keep at room temp for a couple of days then lager it again for a few weeks or so.

Will there be enough yeast after 1 month for carbonation?
Might be better to bottle after 2 weeks and then lager it in the bottles? Does it make any difference?

Thanks :thumb:

Bottle it. Keep it a room temperature for a week. Then keep it cold. It's what I did, and it turned out great. I'm currently brewing one now and it's what I'll be doing this time too.
