Been cruising Twitter (not a euphamism sic.)

Came across raw/no boil beer.

Anyone tried it? It's on homebrewtalk.com ?

Seems worth a 1 gallon bash.

I've got an old bag of MO. Wouldn't be fair as its old. But as its old.

I might. ;-)

Got to bottle wine Wednesday, so I may just do it for the he'll of it. While SWMBO does 'her bit' to claim some rewards ;-) crafty ;-)

It does hurt my brain reading all the temps in Fahrenheit though. I'm a child of the 90's

Thinking of just a quick raise of temp for the hops but no long boil times. Low abv but with a hoppy twist.

Like brewdogs nany state I suppose. My dad drank that as he was impressed they did one 'for the drivers' and you could 'drink this all day' ;-)

Better than the water out the tap where I work ;-)

There's a lot of people giving varying procedures though.

Some just heating it a little.

I've been reading about this too. I reckon after you mash you'll want to raise up the temperature past 72C which should pasteurise it I think.
