I have just finished the last bottle of a batch of Coopers APA- The massive regret was that the last bottle was fantastic; creamy, full bodied, smooth (conditioned for about 6 weeks) whereas the first bottle was lousy. WHY cant I discipline myself to less "tasters"????

My tactic is to brew more than I can drink in the vain hope that eventually I will be unable to catch up with myself.

Not brewing anything at the mo...

I'm timing one to bubble away whilst I'm in France. Leave next Monday- brew day week today (obviously once I have packed car, picked up euro's etc etc etc)

Do you think it is fair to ask our neighbour who is feeding the cat to check the gravity and text me the results?

D

Train the cat to do these things. Keep the brewing knowledge in the family so to speak hehe :-)
