Moved this to rest today.

This yeast from brewery is strange stuff.

Yeast cake still on the top. Yeast was split roughly 50/50 top and bottom of the FV. So lost a good liter on transfer as did not skim off the top.

Gravity reading 1006.

Can I ask how you got the brewery yeast... Just ask? I have just polished off a piggin of boondoggle and would love to do 49er or boondoggle!!!

I'm due to move jobs and will be passing the brewery every Friday! So can always pop in!

I phoned up prior and turned up that afternoon.
They were happy to put it into your own jar but they are also happy to bag it up for you. I think Mon, tues, wed are best.
