Sara Carter's Bombay IPA

I'm hoping to do Sara Carter's Bombay IPA on Friday. I'm looking forward to as I think Jaipur is a great beer (I know this isn't a Jaipur clone, but this sounds pretty tasty)

Mmm that does look good. Im not sure I could drink 21l of Jaipur in a year! its good stuff tho. Maybe worth a go for bottles for next summer for me?

This looks like it would be a brew I'd like... Hmm, I wonder what the results would be like if you used half the hops she threw in at flameout for dry-hopping. Never mind, it will be months before I can brew again. Ambient temp +28 C and going up... Bugger.
