I have been doing a few wines in 1 gallon batches, but due to popular demand I intend to scale a couple up to 5 gallons.

Now, the main ingredients I am figuring easy, no problem, I will just multiply by 5
I am sure some will not need this though so thought I would check on here, I am esp thinking:

pectolase
camden tablets
Potassium sorbate
yeast ( GP wine yeast)

I am figuring some of these won't need so much change, would I be right?

Cheers

No, scale those up as well.
Pectolase, usually 1 tsp per gallon
Sorbate, half tsp per gallon
Campdens, 1 per gallon but I would use half tsp metabisulphite powder to 5 gallons.
GP yeast, 1 tbsp to 5 gallons.
