Shelf/Flash Chillers

Any recommendations for a reasonably priced four line shelf chiller and supplier thereof? I'm looking at the Cornelius Maxi 310 from Beer Coolers but its a bit pricey and the web site seems a bit dodgy (no contact address and a returns policy in dollars rather than £)
