Size of beer line

Hi all,
My fridge for chilling my cornie is in my garage, my tap is in my kitchen and will take 3/16, 5/16 and 3/8 beer line. What do you all recommend is the best size? The distance of pipe needed is approx 6/7 metres between keg and tap

i use 5/16th with a 6 meter run through a chiller at about 4 psi
if that helps
