smash advice

I'm looking to do a smash beer as I now have a 25kg bag of mo.
Hops available are... fuggles, northern, Perle ,citra ,challenger and sazz.

I'm looking for something not too bitter, easy to drink.

Any suggestions?

do you mean a mash ?? check the recipe section out have a bash at the big kenny its rather good imo

Smash...single malt and single hop.

I have a few to choose from, just not sure which fits my requirements, hence looking for advice.

I like sazz , 30 g at 60 mins 20g at 15 mins left and 20g at flame out , get an OG of about 1045/1055 depending what strength you want it .hows that.
