I should have said in the initial post I am more of a brewer than a winemaker so my instinct is to do a beer of some sort although I wouldn't rule something different out
@RobWalker - I'm not totally sure what you mean here. Are you thinking some sort of white wine?
@charlie_mead_face - that sounds interesting, have you tried that combintation?
@Devonhomebrew-wit seems like the obvious thing to do but I did a kiwi wit recently and have done gooseberry and blackcurrant wits in the past so I'm leaning towards trying something else.
