Haven't done any brewing for yonks so a couple of months ago brewed two lots of Turbo Cider and here are the recipes.
Number 1
Turbo Cider
Lidl apple juice 18 ltr
Yeast nutrient 4 tsp
wilko grape concentrate 1 bottle
sultanas 500g
Bramley apples 8
Youngs sparkling yeast 1 sachet
spray malt 538g
pot of tea made 2 ltr water 4 T bags.
used Wilko Bruclens to sterilise everything

Apples peeled then blended with tea and pitched first then juice then everything else with yeast going in last.
Started 5/6/21
finished 21/6/21
Bottled 25/6/21 with 4 heaped tsp of Stevia per 2lt and added 10 ml sugar which was dissolved in equal amount of water so weighed 20 ml of sugary water per 2 ltr bottle.
