I have the instructions for a Brewmaker Irish Stout, that says; "Disolve 60 grams (1/2 cup 2oz) of "priming sugar" in a cupful of hot water, add this solution to the barrel, & stir well" :thumb:

Stout been in FV ten days now, last 3 at 1016.. is it too high for kegging?

Was an active ferment for 3 days. Steady 21c temp.
