been looking at recipes ont net and everone seems to say fuggles, bobek and willamette.

Now I had a bottle the other day and I am sure there is something like cascade or one of the american "c" hops.

Can anyone help?

Those are the hops I used in my Tribute clone, the bobek (styrian) are very crisp, could be that you're tasting?

well, i've just brewed a beer with styrian and willamette late so i guess we'll see if that equates. I'm sure it tasted cascade like :hmm: I've had bobek many times and didnt pick up on it. Must be mainly will then and i dont know what that tastes like.

If you look on their website it says it has styrian, willamette and fuggles, so i guess that is what it is.

The willamette is quite 'fruity', it could well be that?

I agree with Tony, good chance its the Williamette..

I've had a couple of goes at the tribute recipes out there, and they are quite close - certainly make a fine beer :thumb:
