Victory Malt Substitute

Hi All

Found US Stout receipe that calls for Victory Malt. Malt Miller doesn't have anything by that name. Can anyone advise as to a substitute for this malt which accounts for 10% of the grain bille of the receipe?

Amber Malt I have seen in some guides, Namely this one.

Aromatic malt is marketed as Amber in the U.S.

I would go with biscuit
