Fairly standard for a bitter - 64(60) and 75(10) for mash out.

That is lower than I would expect, particularly if that's uncalibrated. This might turn out dryer than you expect.

The whole problem with this game is that yeast and grains are both uneducated and can't read the numbers you ask for
