Hi

Can anyone recommend me a water profile for a Vienna(ish) pseudo-lager please? Brewfather doesn't have anything specific for this style and the default lager profile feels a little neutral for what I'm aiming for, see below.

Looking to make an easy drinking, fairly malty beer with medium bitterness and subtle hop aroma. The recipe is pretty simple, two malts and two hops, you can see it here for what it's worth.

I'll be starting from RO water so hopefully I can replicate any profile I want.

Thanks

Thanks for that, I was looking at target profiles with more specific numbers but I'm guessing anything in the middle those ranges should hit the mark.

On a bit of a tangent, is calcium carbonate (chalk) ok to use as an additive? I have been trying to avoid it because the solubility is so poor and I debate whether it'll do anything for the water chemistry. Bit of a mixed bag of answers out there on the internet.
