WANTED Chardonnay tasting recipe

swmbo would like a wine that tastes more like a Chardonnay so does anyone have a recipe that i can try please.

pineapple and apple strangely tastes similar. I just a 25ltr of this:

5 ltr WGJ
4 ltr Pineapple
3 ltr apple

usual suspects. water to 25 ltr. Very nice.

Do you have a gallon version and does it need any extra sugar or will it come out a little weak?
