So, doing a brew tomorrow and trying to sort my grain bill. Making a pale-ish ale using pale malt, carapils and crystal malt 40L. Never sure if the last two malts produce fermentables or not. Do I use just the pale malt weight to arrive at the OG that will achieve my target ABV or do I include all the malts?
Cheers in advance.

Carapils and crystal have a similar potential to pale malt (or at least they do according to Brewfather) so I would use the total weight to arrive at the ABV

Cheers both. For some reason I got into my head they produced unfermentables :coat:
Spent too much time in The Snug today discussing Brexit asad.
