Hi guys.
Making some more cider this time I want to let it mature for a few months had a look around and a bit confused can you help with these points.
My cider has not really bubbled through the trap the lid did bulge and it had a scum on top thought it was not fermenting as it is a little cold ,gave it a good swish round left it a few more days hydro reading now 1.01 is it ready,
If I want to let it mature do I just leave it or rack it into another barrel I have malic acid in it it is clear on the surface no film

I dip my toes into the forum from time to time very informative info could just not make up my mind what to do with cider now
Used to reside in langholm Scottish Borders
 
Hi Jeromeserena , I live in Malaga where do you get your stuff from ?
I have been using a company in Madrid but the transport makes it expensive do you know any place locally ?
