Evening! I've been using one of those Catalyst fermenters for the last couple of years, and it's worked fairly well. I really like the fact that it can be dumped in the dishwasher for cleaning, but am getting a bit annoyed with the lack of headspace and the tendency for the lid gasket to harbor wort and grow mouldy.
So I'm looking for something new, preferably with enough headspace for the krausen to do what it wants without shooting out the blow-off port.
The SS Brewtech 7 Gallon Brewmaster looks like the obvious choice, but I can't see how much headspace it would have with a standard 23L brew.
The Klarstein ones also look like killer value, although it would be a very tight fit in the fridge with those non-folding handles.
What are you guys using for fermenting? I'd be grateful for some inspiration!

used flat out 3 years. BUT I use non scratching cleaners and treat the seals gently. Now cleaning with caustic or casklean.
