Another cheapish kit, 1.8KG tin to which I added a 1kg bag of Munton's enhancer. OG 1043, FG1010, about spot on the quoted abv. The supplied 6g yeast sachet had a much less impressive krausen than the one in the lager kit I made a few weeks ago, however attenuation was steady and a stable FG achieved in a week. The supplied sachet of dry hops (ashamed to say I didn't take note of which variety, I think it was Amarillo but not certain) was added - just sprinkled in, no bag - which after a week of standing smells fabulous - really good hoppy aroma.

This one is in my bucket FV rather than one of the narrower cylinder FVs with tap so no sneaky tasting until it gets syphoned into a barrel for conditioning.

Would this work any better with the Wilko gervin ale yeast at 11g
