Amateur , just growing Wilko cider kit.
Started about a month ago, took over a week to start fermenting, then went to 10 sec bubble,(not4-6days as it said on the label) after 3 weeks about 70 sec bubble today, should I bottle it or add more sugar as the yeast seems active? Also not sure what bits of this site are for the asking of questions, or for the having a bit of a laugh crowd. There seem to be a lot of different sections Tonto.
