I'll be starting this soon, one can kit and 500g wheat spray malt. I was thinking of buying some of that polish syrup too. Question is, home much and when does it go in?

Cheers

I put 1 bottle of lowics raspberry syrup in my last wilko wheat beer and think next time I would use 2.

I put it in before the yeast. If I remember correctly there's 225g of sugar in a bottle so best to ferment it out.

I used 1 bottle of the lowics syrup. It wasn't pink and it didn't taste much of raspberry. It had a sharp taste rather than fruity. It was very nice just not what I was expecting.
I've used 4 bottles in turbo cider and that was very pink and raspberry

Thanks...it looks great! Ive read somewhere it says dilute 9/1 with water.... that would be...er..quite a bit in a batch of beer..about 2.5 lit. .

So 5 bottles is roughly 1.1 kg of sugar. What's that about an extra 2%.
