so last Thursday I put a new brew in using wilkos pear cider kit I got in the sale. I then added a bottle of caramel coffee syrup than was on offer in Lidl and burnt off a jar of honey, 500g muscavado sugar and 750g brown sugar to make a syrup.
It has now settled down and has made a nice % of 5.6%. Just cleaning my bottles ready to bottle up! It smells lovely. Will leave to condition in the bunker at work so will hopefully be lovely come October and bonfire night :
