Wow and campden tablet

Hi all , I have just transferred my wow to a new dj but did not use a campden tablet as it has not completely finished fermenting ( I thought it had) but my readings make it around 14.5% (started at 1100 and now 990) can I just add a campden to stop it or let it finish ? I don't want it to get infected or anything. Thanks

It might still be giving just the occasional bubble, or it could be dissolved gas slowly releasing, but 0.990 is finished, crush in a CT.
