I have been making various WOW's and variations for a while now following Moley's excellant guide but was wondering if anybody has tried with double quantities?? i.e 2 litres WGJ & 2 litres orange per gallon. Would this increase the body of the wine or would it just be overpowering??

Give it a bash as in a 1 Gallon DJ as an experiment and give us a bit feed back on this ?

Just remember to adjust your Sugar content accordingly.

I use 1l of WGJ 1l of OJ and 1l of apple and adjust the sugar accordingly. I think if you add to much OJ it might become over powering. however this thread gives a useful link clicky
