Quick iodine test after about 50 mins. Converted :D :D

Nice red colour, 1st time using dark crystal! I know the name says it all but it really is dark! :D :D

Recirculated about 10L today with a double jug method. I'm gonna have to get a pump! :D

got a really good break again. Need to order some more protofloc otherwise it's back to irish moss and I find it doesn't work quite as well!

Saf US 05 rehydrated then topped up with cooled wort to wait while the trub settles out! :D

filth! :shock:

Ended up with 18L at 1.058 so about 6%ABV hopefully. Was aiming for 20L @ 1.055 but I forgot to turn the boiler down a bit :shock:
 
great looking brew - i`m liking your hop choice, i`ve used pacific gem a few times and they are great for bittering :thumb:
